Is there a way to mute sim sounds?

1- Is there a way to mute sim sounds only (not system sounds via speaker mute)? searched for assigned keyboard command and found nothing.

2- Is there a way to make comm (ATC) sounds through headset and the rest of sim sounds through speakers? FSX+P3D way?
