PTA says my original shader files are not the originals

I use P3D V4.5 so have downloaded version 2.66 of PTA.  However when I run pta.exe I have three shader files that the error log says are not originals.  These are dated from when I upgraded to P3D V4.5 but even so, following the site advice I deleted my P3D client.msi and reinstalled it and still PTA says the same shader files are not originals.

What am I doing wrong ?

PTA 2.66 is only compatible with P3Dv4.5 Hotfix 1. 

Are you sure you have the correct version?

Thanks Yurei, I did think that might be the case but the note next to V2.66 in the downloads section says it's for P3D V4.5 and V4.5 HotFix 1 only..... so I'm baffled.

Fixed it. My version of P3D is actually V4.5 HF3 even though the download says V4.5.

PTA V2.68 is working fine.
