MSFS Mooney M20R A/P doesnt hold altitude

It's constantly a few hundred feet below set altitude. Right now, alt set at 4000 ft, holding at 3790.

Also, when enabling altitude hold, the A/P noses up and down wildly instead of smoothly.

Ohh I see what's going on here.. the A/P doesnt take altimeter setting into account! at 29.92 the plane is at 4000 feet, but at 29.71 it's at 3770 feet. This needs fixing badly!

I noticed the same with the Mooney. Did you file a bugreport with Carenado?
