New Istanbul Airport

I see that the new Istanbul Airport opened up last year. Does anyone know if this is currently being developed for P3d?

FSDG announced it a while back but with no new information for quite a while. They announce a lot and not every announcement gets a release in the end.

I would love a new version of LBTA by TAXI2GATE since their V1 was quite good.

Hope is allowed since they updated Hong Kong this year.

Regarding Istanbul : Prealsoft recently released Istanbul city HD ...

It seems like I can’t get access to this if I am not a Vatsim pilot, am I understanding that correctly?

No need to register or being vatsim pilot you can download and install it. Made for P3D 4.5 but I have installed on p3d v5 without any problem.

The problem is that the real LTBA (Istanbul Ataturk) is now closed to scheduled pax operations.  Pax ops into Istanbul are served by Sabiha Gökçen (LTFJ) on the Asian side, and Havalimani (LTFM) on the European side...there is a decent LTFJ made by SceneryTR, but I haven't seen any good rendition of the new LTFM, which is somewhat understandable since the airport, though open, isn't anywhere near complete yet.

I use it in P3Dv5 with no problems.

I just downloaded it and tried it quickly out. First impression is very good. Less clutter, but good FPS and nice Airport Terminal Textures. Also the night lighting is good. For freeware a very decent one. But that might be just my opinion.

Worth to try it out. GSX2 is working also!

Does anyone know how to get traffic at the airport if using Traffic Global? I know nobody likes Traffic Global but it works fine for me.
