How to disable that silly logbook feature after shut down?

Does anyone know how to disable that silly logbook screen that always automatically pops up after you shut everything in the plane off? It plays some ridiculous tune and is too much like an arcade game - it takes me out of the simulation after an otherwise ultra realistic flight experience.

See below for an example of what I mean:

How is it silly?

I see it and it's bloody irritating! Not only that, if you click 'Continue' you continue without your flight plan. In the plane I was flying (TBM) there's no way I could find that could get it back.

Grr and double Grr.

This must be a first world level problem .. too funny!  Relax people, this is really a very small problem, top 1000 at best.

For some people, maybe, that's a major annoying "game-like" thing i can live well without. This and the "ready to fly" thing. Ridiculous and it should be at least an option in some menu (so that the 2 people who really like it can have it enabled).

I completely disagree.   It's one of the most annoying things in the sim.  Completely unnecessary and immersion breaking.

keeping an eye on this topic with interes as I to find it very irritating...

Spolis the immersion factor..

In the last Dev Q+A stream they mentioned the logbook issue. It had moved to number 8 in the "Top Wishes" list.    Jorg said "We hear you!"    They do intend to do something about it.👍

Agreed both the fly now and logbook at the end of a flight is very annoying and very Arcady to me.

of all the things that needs fixing in the sim , this is the one you guys want to fix the most ? really ?  this community never cease to amaze me.

None of us said we wanted it fixed the most, only that we wanted it fixed.

We can multi-task, Claude.

Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory.
The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.
To make a small fortune in aviation you must start with a large fortune.

There's nothing less important than the runway behind you and the altitude above you.
It's better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air, than in the air wishing you were on the ground.

Please excuse us for wanting an immersion breaking, completely unneeded, gamey "feature" removed from the sim.   The takeoffs/landings log doesn't even work properly unless you start your flight on the runway!

"Fix the most"?   Nowhere did anyone say that.

I'll put money on the fact you turn it off as soon as we have the option 😉

Sure. I will turn it off but I doesn't bother me. It's just there. I would rather want Asobo to work on performance, avionics and weather over this.

Chances are the guy that works on UI doesn't work on either of those three other items, just because you don't want it fixed doesn't mean it should be forgotten, we all have our wishes of issues to be dealt with.

Actually, the d*&^ thing takes so long to load that I often walk away and find something productive to do in the interim.  So I don't fight with where it is at when I return.  LOL!
