apparently there are no stutters and the realism of the scenery is unbelievable.

£160/ hour down my way.

That's extortion. I went down the Microlight way.

You can get in the air for a few hours and then still be able to afford to eat when you get home!

These threads amuse me. Clearly the original post's author has some serious doubts and insecurities in their own decisions that they felt could perhaps be resolved through the medium of public posting. If one is that confident in their acceptance/unrequited love of a particular sim, then they wouldnt feel the need to post this. I can only assume that the intention is to deliberately provoke debate in some hope that it may provide some justification. If you are that happy, just get on and enjoy it and dont waste time posting here.

Just for the record - i have no preference/view either way on the best sim. Im just happy with my own choices and come here to share tips/discussion when needed/helpful to others.

These posts are tiring. Lets embrace diversity rather than try and influence others in an attempt to crush it.

Actually, as it happens; I'm the Original Poster.

And I have zero doubts about the new MSFS Sim.

It's incredible, and I was posting a bit of fun.

Sorry you missed that. 😉

Says the online psychiatrist.

He admitted it was a joke post.

And what tip did you share in this post?  Who were you helpful to?

These posts are tiring. These threads amuse me.

And you are admitting you are tired of being amused.

Thanks for the post!

I don't care. I've tried a bunch of things to make it go wrong and it refuses to CTD on me!!!! I'm outraged that I haven't had ANY problems with this Sim. It looks and feels like a real aeroplane - it's incredible and as a result - I'm far from happy!!!

Message to ASOBO - where are my CTDs, where are my Random Freezes, Random AP Inputs and overall horror experiences? Um - Pourquoi pas moi?

It's running majestically on a slightly modest system and I've only CTD'd once (with the VFR current patch mistake)  - in over 60 hours of flight time. How dare it do that!!!

I've flown VFR, IFR and everyFR and the aircraft just seem to work ok -they need a lot of work but they're flyable and that's all I need at this stage in the builds in this revolutionary Sim.

The Hangar is just too good! I can sit looking at aircraft in that for hours with a beer admiring and I'm STILL NOT DONE GOING; "Wow, Blimey, Incredible, How did they do that? etc, etc.

People left, right and centre doing the sensible thing - leaving, but I'm not. It's too bl**dy brilliant.

I've got nothing to complain about it whatsoever - it's killing me!!! Why can't I have a hissy fit?

So, for now, I'm staying with MSFS so don't try and talk me out of it!

So there! 😉

Too bad i was soooo hoping you would leave 😄

Though on a more serious note the C150 is eligible for ultralight registration here and you can fly them without a medical and depending where you live you can offset a lot of the annual costs by putting them online at a local training school.

We do not call them crashes.

it is just CFIT.

In the event of a crash in this one, there is an automatic power down, of a permanent variety, often for both aircraft and pilot.
