Password reset issue with SimTweaks Website

I am trying to contact SimTweaks via the 'Contact Us' link on their website regarding an issue with the password reset process. This issues is that I am not receiving an email after clicking the password reset link (I have checked spam etc) and so cannot reset my password.

If anyone from SimTweaks is monitoring this forum, could you check the messages I have sent over the last three days.

Additional Information since original post: I also tried emailing directly to info@simtweaks.com, and received a 'Delivery Failed' message.
