I have purchased and installed Pilot2ATC but when selecting connect I only get 'Simulator Connected' and 'Recognition Engine Installed' but no       Gramma

FSUIPC7 is connected and PWR light is green. When going to Grammar Help and selecting the Practice button then pressing the PTT button nothing happens.

Here are some other things to check:

1.    Be sure you are connected to the internet. It must be a reliable connection.
2.    If it seems to partially connect but the Connect button does not turn Green, set the Weather option to a different source such as NOAA Real Time Weather and try again.
3.    English-US Language installed and set as Primary Language;  Be sure you installed the Speech Recognition for US English along with the language pack.  Click on the English-US in list of languages and see if Speech is listed as an option and then select it.
4.    Working Microphone installed and set as Default Sound Input device in Windows
5.    Valid Call Sign – Try using the default call sign of Mfg: Beech; Tail Number: N431VB.  Press the Save button.
6.    Try running the program in Administrator mode by right clicking on the Pilot2ATC.exe file and selecting “Run as Administrator”

Hello Dave

Sorry to be a nuisance but I have followed all your instructions without success.

When I select practice in Grammar Help I get an error message. I took a screenshot but am unable to attach it
