I haven't determined if it's only certain airports or all. Only happens to me after landing. If I reload into the same airport the stutters are gone. The symptom I experience is a stutter every second. I have 30 fps locked in Nvidia CP and sim settings such that I almost never vary from 30 fps...until landing at an airport, the stutter appears and my fps flutters between 27 and 28 fps, never back to 30 until I take off again or reload. Weird thing is that I don't see any bottleneck in task manager. cpu @ 35-55% and pretty evenly spread across cores, memory usage stable and not increasing or decreasing, gpu at around 75-80%, and little or no network or disk activity. i7-6700k • Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 • 32GB DDR4 2666 • EVGA FTW ULTRA RTX3080 12GB

First time through, the highest LOD scenery in the airport vicinity is not in the cache. Second time it is? October 13, 20205 yr Author No there is some issue in the code. After trying everything and I mean EVERYTHING, new CPU and MOBO, faster RAM, SSD, faster optic internet, new windows installation (obviously). Something is simply wrong in the sim. period. I invite you to see for yourself. You can try this scenario: Try to follow this and see if you can duplicate it. Others did and got the same. October 13, 20205 yr There are certainly location based issues that have nothing to do with load. I get about a minute of erratic pauses (no increased CPU or GPU activity) when approaching LAX around PDZ. I tried removing all custom scenery (Disneyland, DTLA) but that doesn't change anything. - Currently giving X-Plane 12.10 a spin on Shadow PC. 10 years with X-Plane now, since 10.20
October 13, 20205 yr Author What more weird is i am coming to a landing at LKPR (Prague) stutters starting, looking at console and i see "overwrite taxi names at EGGK" ! Gatwick airport ! Along with another few British airports next to it. What is it ?? UPDATE- while on the ground fully stopped it kept on doing it with more airports. If i am correct, i saw thr same now. it was starting when its loading the ground workers. After they are loaded its fine. BTW i simply cant get rid of these workers even i set them to 0% Edited October 13, 20205 yr by roi1862 MSFS2020, 24, Fenix A320, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, ASUS TUF RTX 5090 ,G.SKILL 64GB 6000MHz CL28
October 14, 20205 yr My settings are fairly conservative, allowing me to hover around 50 - 60 fps --- except when on approach landing at my home airport of KBNA. Looking at my frame counter during those stutters and pauses, they drop down to the 20's, then shoot right back up again. Continues shortly after landing, then all is fine again. The funny thing is I didn't see this prior to 1.9.3.

I think that even with a 7ghz and 3090 you will get pauses due to the way they are loading things. MSFS2020, 24, Fenix A320, Ryzen 9 9950X3D, ASUS TUF RTX 5090 ,G.SKILL 64GB 6000MHz CL28
