blurry texture just under the plane

Hi guys, 

Anyone knows why is the textures are blurry at some radius from the plane ? The further textures looks better then the close ones. its like some radius around the plane make the textures blurry and when i continue it will clear it up behind me.

The arrows point at the blurry areas which further looks good.

Ohh ok. But isn't it strange that the further looks good and getting closer making it worse ? isn't it supposed to be the opposite ?

I believe its a draw distance issue.. classified as 'not investigated" yet on MsAsobo roadmap to fix things.
