October 15, 20205 yr From what I can tell it means that it was recently updated in the Content manager. As in you updated it and something changed (even if its unnoticeable).

October 15, 20205 yr If you go down to the "legend" tab in the bottom it gives vague descriptions of each UI label. I think they have been messing with things a bit so theres some new ones there.
