I would like to start at say FL200. Anyone know the trick? Ray I am not sure how or even if you can just randomly enter a spawn altitudes over a specified location. However, if you are happy with cruise altitude for the aircraft in question and have a flight plan with departure and destination setup, you can spawn on the runway and then just hit "fly to" in game and jump to the cruise section of the flight plan. October 16, 20205 yr I have found that the fly to function messes up the rest of the flight plan in odd ways so I don't use it any more.

I planned a short flight at FL250 and used the GoTo feature and ask for Cruise. Worked great. My next flight that I planned and click on Ready to Fly, I was in heavy IFR weather on short final with full flaps and gear up. Surprise. But, at least it was my destination airport.
