It has lots to like but, in my humble opinion (as a customer and supporter of UK2000 for decades) it should be better.. That was a very fair review of the product, and I will mention the anomalies that you pointed out (or that I noticed in the video; floating centreline lights being one) to Gary on the UK2000 forum. Many AVSIM members know that I am a UK2000 beta tester (it is stated in my signature below), but I am not currently involved in beta testing products for the new Microsoft Flight Simulator because I do not have it installed. In previous sims, UK2000 airports have always been among the cheapest and the only reason they're not anymore is that he's kept his prices the same while other devs have lowered theirs. I don't know whether that was the right thing to do or not. On the one hand, he's never going to shift Luton or Bristol in anything like the volumes that, say, FSDT will shift O'Hare. On the other hand, the gulf between the quality of his airports and those of even mid-tier developers has never been greater. In an ideal world, I'd like him to increase the quality and reduce the price. If I had to choose one of those things, I'd definitely choose an increase in quality. And I think he achieved that to some extent with Bristol, so I just hope he pushes the boundaries even further with a future update to Luton.
