I wonder how many people are flying with a "prior to pandemic" AI flightplan database? I certainly do. In fact, I returned the purple colour scheme Flybe Dash 8Q400s to flight status just a few days ago. I was missing them!

Thats a point where i differ far from reality, AI Traffic. I want crowded skies. I want busy airports and not an empty apron like Bangor in "Langoliers" .

Yes , i did install. Nice map view but In a quick 5 minutes dry run:

- ai overflying the airport i was in did not not look like they were following airways/flight plans

- the repaint configurator did not allow me to my own 3pp repaints.

- did not find a file holding the repaints. Aka repaints.xml. So I cant automate the repaint process.

.... so now back to AIG. The only use I personnaly have for utlive would be for flightplan following ai instead of p2p but still using my huge AIG collection.

What about GA traffic? Do we get movements on small airfields like Orcas Island (KORS), Swanson (2W3) or Saba (TNCS)?

I can't really see a reason to use this until some kind soul matches all of the routes that UT2 comes with to updated, freeware models, and shares that.

Assigning your own repaints worked just fine on my end. It's not a perfect system yet but it does work.

Added it to simoject.cfg and it works. Problem is AIG is already configured an a addon.xml, not in sinobject.cfg.

I was meaning to refresh ai2utl (https://github.com/vrouleau/Ai2Utl) for utLive2. I see that a repaint.xml is created after saving a first repaint. I could therefore work on a ut2live version of ai2utl

The repaints.xml in the new version is a different format than before and is NOT compatible. They are working on a conversion program that should be available soon.

Similar to importing plans, the new UTL v2 uses CSV files, not the same as the xml files from before.

Ok now I've tried it out and sort of looks like it will be ok, but, how can I get rid of the Daedelus paint scheme, it drives me crazy, tried over at the Flight1 forums but not getting to much sense, can anybody help me out, oh and why is the Daedelus liveries even there in the first place.

You can't for the time being. It's a known issue and will be fixed soon.
