Prepar3D V5.0 HF2 Stutters or lags every second

Hello,

Whenever I do a flight, no matter what addon aircraft or scenery, at random times it starts to lag every second such as it freezes for a second, run for a second and freezes again and it does it continuously. I have tried applying around with the display setting such as turning Vysnc off or tripple buffering off and variable refresh rate on but the problem still occurs randomly. I have updated all my drivers to the latest version and have a GTX 1070 with a 75 HZ monitor. Please help thank you.

If you use simlink,just uninstall it to solve this problem.
