All is well, they will fix it, I didn't throw money away, I'm repeating myself.

I thought this thread was about, errm, other self-entertainment possibilities on the internet than flight simulation 😆.

Gotta mix it with some real flying! I'd take you out if you were local 🙂 It would heal your MSFS wounds rather quickly!

I'd love to try GA some time! I bought a motorbike from a guy who owns an ultalight trike and he asked me if I wanted to try that. But I think going straight from commercial flights to what it looks like a motorbike with a hang glider tied on top of it, might be too big of a leap for me😅

I saw this the other day, neat little Part 103 ultralight with a fully enclosed cabin -

Taking a leap is good. Never flown GA before i decided to skydive. So got to experience flying in a small cessna 210,  but didnt quite like it so proceeded to jump out if it mid air 😄

I had the opportunity last weekend to spend two hours in a C172.  For my 40th birthday my wife booked a scenic flight for me, her and our daughter.  I hadn’t been in a real GA aircraft in probably 20 years and boy was it ever an amazing experience for this long time flight sim nerd.

The cool thing was that when I got home I was able to replicate the flight in MSFS flying over all of the same scenery and landmarks.
