February 7, 20215 yr It has to do with the LOD of the terrain mesh and the lights being rendered associated with multiple LODs at the same time. In a Dev Q&A they said "it's been fixed everywhere it had been reported" and to keep reporting to ZenDesk if you see it. I saw it at Innsbruck, which, from what I can understand, was the most reported area for the problem.
