A late obs in KMIA Latin VFR (P3dv5)

Hi gents , (KATL - KMIA), FSL A321 , P3dV5HF2)

In short my FPS whent downhill after approach to 08R and stutter was introduced. 

What i found out was a reset of all shadows and dynamic lights cured everything. Not sure how and why.

But KMIA CAN perform at 4K with FSL

I switch all off and hit apply. Then whent back and enabled shadows and DL and performance was back
