I would like to know the method to review my landing from another angle. For example put myself in the passenger seat in the window.
They explain to me that the function is not available ?! So how do these guys make such great videos ??

Although I've not tried this, I believe you can have your co-pilot fly the plane and land it.

That video would have most likely taken multiple attempts, one with cockpit footage, one with b roll, one with wing views etc. Its high quality stuff and not all done in one take.
