November 4, 20205 yr This is the totally new and highly capable Savage Carbon - Rotax 915 with the larger engine, much faster cruise, STOL, better feel and actually better everything. Very predictable flight characteristics. The name is the GotGravel Savage Carbon. It flies higher, faster, and stronger. Many, many improvements come with this mod - larger wooden prop, gear shifted for better STOL performance, excellent ground behavior, active vortex generators keep lift on the wings until the last possible moment enabling some really slow flying. Engine instruments work as they should so wait for that oil to warm up (~2 min). Perfect for the rough back country. Get it here, but, a new update is in work (loads with parking brake ON, use KB key to release). https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/savage-carbon-rotax-915-mod-v1-02-nov-1/311661 A good place to start is the new freeware Milford Sound airport and area. Totally outstanding. Get it here. https://flightsim.to/file/2533/milford-sound-airport-nzmf-new-zealand-v1-0 Savage Carbon - Rotex 915 mod long youtube review here (41:48) Regards, Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
November 4, 20205 yr Author Oh, did I mention the Got Gravel Carbon Cub takes off on a dime, climbs like an elevator, and lands like a butterfly. I love it. (use them flaps for some serious slow flight) Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .

I think this Got Gravel Carbon is the best flying plane that we have available today. Looking forward to the VL3 completion. When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
