I just shut down my sim computer or else I would have bought it!  😉 I'm pretty sure tomorrow I'll have it though.  I'm making my way to south Florida so a stop in Atlanta will be necessary anyway.

Makes sense since it was ready to go as of Oct. 29.

See their FB page.

This is odd that an important airport like this one has no mention of released anywhere. No video. No close up pics. At a price of $20. I'm waiting for reviews before I buy.

A video review by Mr. Filbert (FilbertFlies) would certainly go a long way to convince me.

yeah I was about to pull the trigger too...and was shocked that, I believe in the 1st time in my almost 2 decades here, I was the 1st to post something on what I thought would be a major release everyone was excited for.

It's only $20, which is great in itself...the screen previews look good...however I think I sit next to you on that fence to see if she's a must-have by reviews from our intrepid reviewers, or I can spend that on another MSFS purchase. 😉

Hope I don't have to wait too long....buying-finger is awful itchy. 🤣

If I don't read some reviews soon. You know what's going to happen.

In update 7 Asobo is releasing for free: ATL, DFW, Friday Harbor and NY Stewart. I am very happy with the enhanced airports provided in the sim. Perhaps if I had a home airport that had some spectacular payware I would buy it, but in the past I always buy airports but then after the initial install I only visit them rarely or never. Also unless you spend a lot of time on the ground most of those details go unnoticed.

Good to know! I'll wait. Can always buy it later if the Asobo version lacks lustre.

This is one of those airports I have for P3d and if we were offered a discount  ($10-12) like some of the other guys (LVFR, FSDT) are doing for P3D owners I would buy it.  I am not sure about $20 right now with Asobo adding an improved version soon.

OK, thanks for the info. So I will wait for this release for sure. Up to now I'm quite satisfied with the hand made airports, delivered with the MSFS.

I just bought the KSJC (San Jose) from Orbx and flew into KSFO and Droning around KSFO and it looks pretty good. Not sure if a pay ware for KSFO is necessary unless its done so spectacularly or it was priced well.

I am thinking the same thing for KATL. But since KDFW is my home airport, I would probably buy a good Addon. Imaginesim is planning for a KDFW as well. Unless FSDT comes up with their updated KDFW. I wish addon vendors would let us know if they are not going to do an airport if they have done one for FSX/P3D.

I would think that at some point Flightbeam will do a KSFO for MSFS.

MS and Asobo announced a while back that the next world update would be the US and include a few airports, including KATL. I wonder if they'll still release KATL with the world update now and if they do, will they tone it down from what they would have done for it without this addon appearing?
