need description of the electrical metering panel

Hi all,

In the flight sim  accessibility add-on we're writing, I want to be able to display the overhead electrical panel meter in an accessible format. This requires reading the meter data with fSUIPC.
I can read the first and second line of the meter using the SDK, but all I get back is a series of numbers on each line, without any labels. I'm guessing the labels are part of the sim, but I can't get to them, and since I'm totally blind, I can't read them.
Can someone tell me what these numbers correspond to?
