@lagaffe would you mind giving us step by step instructions on how to do this? A video tutorial would be great if anyone has a chance or some time.

I am the author of this model (http://frenchvfr.free.fr). The first release in 2013 was for FS2004 and I have always gmax's files.

It is just a conversion MDL to glTF with MCX and then the glTF is edited with Blender to modify somes things.

Hopefully someone will write a small script that does the job for us.  I also would like to know if you can use the current location (P3D v5) to reference the models or if you have to copy the entire file library over to the Community folder (hopefully not) ?

Hello @MarkW It has to be in the MSFS Community Folder. However, if you use MSFSAddon Linker it makes it easier to place in presets, etc to load as and when you want to.

Have there been updates on this?

Is it by now a simple install or people still need to toy with configs a bit? is there an official topic or discord for it?

Todays update MSF was refusing to load, going through my mods one-by-one and this Global Shipping App was the culprit. Is this happening to anyone else with this app?

It works for me. There's even an entry in the Update Manager.

That was always there. All addons in the community folder have an entry.

ok thanks, weird then I'll reinstall it but alas VR doesn't like Traffic anyway (recommended to turn it Off) so I'll leave it for now
