YES- change the INTERFACE SCALE (under Accessibility) and it gets better.  Another post-patch change.

That only changed the scale of the entire UI for me. 

The pop-up dialogue boxes are still stretched.

I have blurry dialog boxes on 4k monitor.    Doesn't bother me as the flying views are still perfectly crisp.

I have this with 3440x1440 too - on first load of patched sim the cockpit pop up dialogs were like this but after restarting the sim they went back to how they should be. Just the ones as you enter or leave the flight are low res and stretched now (as per OP)

Flying today and the in cockpit dialogs are back to a lower resolution. Not a major problem, although it would be good if you could switch them off altogether.

It's also happening on 5120x1440.

+1 I have an ultrawide monitor at 1080 p.

I also noticed those dialogue windows being a bit blurry as well after the USA World Update. I never had that problem before. Not sure what is causing it and how to fix it. Using the sim in 4K here.
