They're having a great time trolling Jorg. Martial couldn't help laughing and it's brought tears to my eyes. Love it!

Any answers as to why multimonitor support is going to take until 2022?

the team that would be working on that is busy with other parts of the sim (I'm guessing VR)

This is a great team. Really enjoy these updates and I have a lot of respect for the work they are doing.

So they said "Sim Update 3" would be in February, right?  That's when the G1000/G3000 fixes are supposed to be deployed, in Sim Update 3.

for the unfortunate ones that bought one of the three Carenado planes 🙃 Jorg said something about Fernando (assuming F. Herrera, head of Carenado) being on emails with him about plane updates and marketplace. Could not really catch fully what Jorg said

They did say they're going to work on trying to give third party devs early access to patches to make sure nothing is wrong before release.

The only said during the very last minute of the session, that it requires a lot of work and the team has other things to do in the queue, so they not commited to anything. They not corrected the 2021-2022 estimate, seems it's not a typo.

Try to fly true IFR, with paper charts and checklist in VR. Or even try to grab your coffe mug during long haul flight. The VR is also probably 3-10x as expensive when it comes to H/W (decent goggles + strong enough GPU). You can buy 2 addtional 1920x1080 displays on e-bay for 100-200 bucks and connect to your existing GPU. For VR you need $500+ for RTX3xxx GPU and $600+ for the googles decent enough to allow you reading your glass instruments. If you are lucky enough to live in on the the rich countries, it can be no issue, but it's not the case for everyone.

I doubt a lot of people do 4-5+ hour play sessions with their VR headsets.  I'm still disappointed that a vocal minority of people in the Alpha/Beta convinced them to move VR up the priority list vs more basic core sim features.

I haven't watch the stream. Did they mention continue of weather improvement including surface winds they are not accurate at the moment?

So....all of the water masking from the Around the World videos > 1 month or so old should be in the sim?

I don't think that's the case.
