Issue and crash joystick KBSim Gladiator P3D V5.1.12.26829

Hello,
I recently installed new version of P3D V5.1.12.26829, i have a VKBsim Gladiator joystick.

P3D runs well, i got aircraft on choosen airport, when trying to increase/decrease throttle my joystick axe does not respond, the same for rudder axis, obliging me to deconnect and reconnect joystick to check wether i can get again throttle and rudder axis, nothing respond at all and when reconnecting my usb joystick P3D crashes.
Help will be much appreciated.
