I'm adjusting and watching GS in small increments which while effective is laborious and prone to error. There is EGT gauge and it works on my side. So I lean by it. November 28, 20205 yr Author Really? EGT creeps for me but no reaction to mixture changes are apparent. It changes very slowly which is perhaps how this aircraft behaves but I've been accustomed to more rapid reactions to mixture changes. How long from adjustment to EGT change for you?
December 2, 20205 yr Author OK thanks! So I played with it more and I DO see it moving. It is a bit sluggish though, I'm guessing this is normal for these engines?
