I have had this occur a couple times. Suppose I better get involved.

So far so good with vulkan in my case.No problems. I'm looking forward to airports being revamped by the artists.Getting better!!!

I get a crash on exit continually on Mac OS Big Sur... but not getting device loss errors any more which is a positive.
