P3D v4.5 BSOD again and again

That's a hardware abstraction layer crash. Could be caused by a software problem if you get it only using Prepar3D. The generic checks should be done maybe first: Make sure the case is dust free and cool running. Check and update the motherboard chipset drivers to be up to date, use default setup without overclocking, and try again. If continues crashing, update the GPU driver and try again. Perform memory tests and so on. Could be related to one of the storage devices. If crash continues could be software installed with P3D, so I would install P3D stock first setting the system so that it does not pick up addons and older settings - Control Panel uninstall P3D client preserving license, uninstall P3D complete, rename all folders to preserve addons, install fresh P3D try with stock P3D avoiding added in software.
