Hello

I have been trying to figure this out for over a week. I have tried to do all sorts of things and nothing I try works. I have now completely reformatted everything on my computer starting with W10 Pro x64. I then reinstalled P3D v4.5 onto a separate drive from Windows. I then created a PTA folder on the same drive as P3D v4 but separate from it and put the PTA file and it's original Config file in the PTA folder. Iran it and had errors immediately. I activated it which was successful. I cleared the log and cache, closed it and then ran it again and what I got then is below.

What do I do? Where is the maker of this software to give support?

Prepar3D directory found at D:\1. P3Dv4\
Prepar3D 4.5.12 build 30293 detected as target verson
Shaders cache directory found at C:\Users\Jason\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Shaders\
Prepar3D main configuration file found at C:\Users\Jason\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Prepar3D.cfg
ERROR: shader file D:\1. P3Dv4\ShadersHLSL\General.fx is not original Prepar3D shader and can't be used
ERROR: shader file D:\1. P3Dv4\ShadersHLSL\GPUTerrain.fx is not original Prepar3D shader and can't be used
ERROR: shader file D:\1. P3Dv4\ShadersHLSL\PostProcess\HDR.hlsl is not original Prepar3D shader and can't be used

Thanks

Jason
