Aliens are real... See I was right

You did not see lights in the sky or little green aliens.  What you saw was swamp gas from a weather balloon trapped in a thermal pocket refracting the light from Venus.

The only problems with the flare theory is that Luke and Davis-Monthan said that they didn’t have any aircraft or training going on in that area/time if I recall right.

I recall the military did confirm it was A10's in the area dropping flares.

I don’t know how long flares are supposed to stay suspended in the air or stationary, but they seemed to have held their position for a very long time.

Flares on parachutes, illumination flares, do hang in the air a long time and gradually float down.

Then governor Fife Symington some time later also can forward and said that he couldn’t explain it and also saw the blockage of stars from the craft, so there’s that as well.

Yes, that was in regard to the triangular object seen, not the flares. That's the true mystery in my view, not the string of lights, but the triangular UFO that a multitude of witnesses saw. A huge thing they claim, with a light on each corner. Classic triangular UFO that has been seen all over the world.

He did not exactly help matters when he organised that press conference where his chief of staff dressed up in an alien costume. Granted he later claimed that he had seen one of these craft himself, but we all know how much damage it will have done.

Yeah that was ridiculous. In fact it was covered in the UFO videos' I posted. He came forward after he left office and said he did it due to the reports of hysteria. He decided it was time to try and lighten the mood. Daft idea, it embarrassed the witnesses and must have felt like he was taking the pi*s.

In 2016 during the annual Dayton Hamvention, a large object was spotted in the western night sky which appeared as a very long series of truly bright light. Whatever it was seemed to be stationary, or at least moving very slowly.

Many people from the hotel I was staying at began to congregate in the parking lot, and continued to stare at the object wondering if it might be a UFO. I blurted out somewhat sarcastically "Of course it's a UFO. We don't know what it is so at least among us it is absolutely an "Unidentified Flying Object..."

I found out the next morning as I walked through the concourse to catch my cheap-seat flight home that the "UFO" was in fact the Solar Impulse 2 making a stop at Dayton, Ohio on its round the world flight!

Watch the video in this link to see what I and the others saw in the sky that memorable evening!

Here is a still image of the aircraft as it is landing at Dayton. Imagine having seen this H U G E wing with all the lights for nearly an hour as it eventually made its descent on the downwind leg. GYk89.png

I suspect that given that it is not much more than a powered glider, I conjecture that it wasn't much faster than the average person can 'fast walk'...

I read further into the linked article and find I was close to being right:

Ideal flight speed is about 28 mph, although that can double during the day when the sun's rays are strongest.

Sure looks like the Spirit of Elvis to me. Maybe Bigfoot's reflection. Jimmy Hofffa shining a flashlight? The Moon?

Drives me nuts when people do that. Even the media do it. To them, UFO means alien spacecraft.

I notice girls do the same with sun screen. They say "im wearing SPF". 😆 They actually think the product is calad "SPF".

Hey, I'm a blond Charlie!  And that tape wears out so I get a new one every year on my birthday.  A new set of earphones for Christmas too.  A week from today I will get my 87th set of replacements.  Even though my hair has turned to a silvery gray the blond syndrome never goes away.

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.

A blonde guy walks into the barber shop. He sits down in the waiting area and eventually falls asleep. The barber takes off the blonde guy's headphones so he can hear when his name is called. When his name is called, the blonde guy doesn't respond, so the barber shakes him to wake him up, and finds that the guy is stone cold dead. When the paramedic arrives, he checks the headphones and says "Well here's the problem." The barber listens, and the headphones are playing the words "Breathe in. Breathe out." on repeat.

How do you know a blonde has been using the computer?

There is white out on the screen.

What's black and white and red all over?

A brunette that told one too many blonde jokes.

See, I'm an equal opportunity offender. 😄

Sort of reminds me of the blonde secretary who call technical support because she couldn't send a FAX from her new computer. The tech asked her to show him exactly what she was doing when trying to end the FAX. She held the document up against the monitor screen and pushed the "Send" button. And guess what...nothing happened. The next day she called again and said the computer's drink holder was broken. The tech went down again and found her holding a large cup of coffee while trying to open the DVD tray.

True story, it happened in my office.

I'm busy with a patient and my office manager pokes her head into the treatment room to tell me that the computer will not start.

I asked her if it was plugged into the power outlet as back then it was our standard procedure to unplug the computer at the end of each day.

She assured me that she had plugged it in, but it would not turn on.

I went to the computer and saw that it was indeed plugged into the surge suppressor strip and the surge suppressor strip was also plugged in...

to the suppressor strip.

So this really does happen.
