Recommended Posts

I have gotten this twice so far while using p3d v5.1. Im quite suprised because my PC is not even a month old. I thought people got this error due to running out of vram

no CTD's here with the 3090.  Well actually trueglass would cause it.  But without TG I haven't had any

I received the crash when toggling between EA and nonEA mode during a flight. Since then it has never re-appeared.

When this message appears, is this an "out-of-memory" type crash?

Not always. You can get it even with p4D. Out of vRAM is a common cause with P5D but certainly not the only one.

Currently P5D seems to be a better performer but quite unstable which made me go back to P4D.

No, I've seen and heard instances of using some external frame limiters, outdated drivers, TrueGlass, etc.

I have started seeing this as well but only with the PMDG 747. FSL works just fine.

I'm getting it with the QW787.  Not sure why it suddenly started.
