December 18, 20205 yr Great route. Surely no one will bother with the Kawarau Bridge as that would be dangerous. That said, this is beautiful mountain scenery. Several of the required climbs and descents will encourage us to get a very close view of the rocks and trees that adorn the vertical ridges. And thanks to your careful planning, all the airports are easily accessible to any highly skilled helicopter pilot as long as there are no winds nor clouds in the sky. December 21, 20205 yr Great shots as usual Roman. [One wonders, though. It looks as though your RV7 got catapulted into the air when getting caught up in a bungy cord under the Old Kawarau Bridge. 😉] Great finale orchestrated by Roger!
