activation denied/exceeded too many activations

PMDG base package which I have had for many years, based package 800 and 900 series,said activation denied, too many times trying to activate.  I have had the product since 2011, and of course now I am on a new computer.  I went through the process of generating an authentication code which was fine, then proceed to download the product into FSX, final step was to activate and then I recieived the message, activation denied, too many times trying to activate.

How do I get this fixed ?  I also have the PMDG 600-700 as well .  I had no problem downloading and installing my other products from PMDG 777 series along with the 747-400 as well.

How do I get this corrected ?

They have a forum. Why not ask there?

You'll have to submit a support ticket on their system...they won't deal with registrations/authentication issues in their forums, for good reason.

whats the exact site to submit a ticket ?  U get confused with all these sites and different passwords, just getting back in the last month, so please excuse my ignorance, was gone almost a year.

I must be missing something, its amazing what happens when u are away for almost a year from simming.  First of all obviously i can get into my PMDG for my downloads, I also have myself on the PMDG forum

So what am I missing here, where do I go from the PMDG portal to set up a ticket ?  Not trying to be funny, this is like CIA,   Its probably very obvious,  can somebody else give me another hint, or suggestion ?  I just want to get this activation that was denied with the 737-800-900 series back up in the air.  I also

On the support website you must create a new account which is different from the account you use for purchase/PMDG forum. After the registration and login, the "Ticket" button will appear.
