December 28, 20205 yr Author Great wing rock on departure too! Ar least we still have Big Brown (UPS not the retired Kentucky Derby winner), FedEx and Western Global still flying the big girls. Actually Lufthansa still have some MD-11s active, but just not routing to Curitiba. I believe Lufthansa will retire them all in 2021. Now, if only I can remove a cockpit before the scrap man does... I have two insurmountable problems with that however - my non-existant finances and a distinct lack of land to create a simpit from a cockpit with the largest windows ever made...
