Where To Place Add Ons in XP11.51?

Rebuilding XP after an absence.

Where do I place Avitab in the XP11 folder/file structure.? In Plugins?

Also, I used to have a small generic Autopilot that was very handy for aircraft that didn't have one.

It was located in the bottom left of the screen & invisible until you hovered the mouse pointer over it. 

It just had symbols that let you set Hdg, Alt, VS & AP on/off, then it 'disappeared' when you moved the mouse pointer away. Anyone know if it is still available & where from?

Where would I place it?
