That's a dumb name for a software dev. Whenever I see Fly Tampa I think it is something to do with Tampa in Florida USA

I don’t see a problem with it... might be their hometown or might be their first scenery and I think it was from what I remember.

I don't want to say dumb as that's a bit offensive, but I agree the developer name confused me when I was new to the community.

I learned pretty early that I'm eagerly awaiting KTPA from VerticalSim.

Ironically 18 months ago an empty YSSY with a landing slot freely available for a touch and go in a Bonanza like in that default shot above would have been sheer fantasy material.

Sadly these days it is actually realistic.
