FlyTampa YSSY Download

Hi ,

 

In the moment i am downloading FlyTampa YSSY direct from FlyTampa with 18 to 22 kbit.

Installers shows me 11 hours remaining, there are 2 severs to choose, first i tried USA and shut off there is another with Amsterdam but same thing..

This means my PC have to stay on for the whole Neight for what - a 1Gig Scenery..???

What happens with the severs from FlyTampa..?

 

Any one else have sutch a bad DL from YSSY for MSFS ?

FT sceneries are fine. If you get a chance to download any. Trying to download EHAM e. g. needs ~22 hrs at 20 kB/sec. (reminds me of highspeed modems in the 80's.... Sorry for the company, but I'll never buy there again.

There is no differnce betweeen their NAM or Amsterdam servers.

Hello,

I have the same problem already at EHAM and now at YSSY .my solution i use a VPN and Download full speed .
it seems to be a problem for germany as a location.

At 5:40 in the morning in Germany it runs in about 10 Minutes.

I try it serveral times-it works. 😉

OK, Thank you guys i try tomorrow early morning.

The download stopped at this time from itself and told me to try again..

A good broadband connection will have it downloaded in about 8-10 minutes.  I suspect your service provider, not FT.

Just to Report back my experience at this..

I did it this morning around 4 a clock

again and in about 4 min. all was done 😏

So good to know for the future..

I will sit this out because I got the handcrafted Version from MSFS-thats good enough for me.

Hope they made Dubai, this looks not realy good 😞

I am pretty shure there is a Payware Dubai coming sometime, wasn`t it one from Flytampa in the old FSX Days, not shure about the Developer anymore, but there was a good one..

So i think it`s coming one to FS 2020 aswell.

Yeah,it was and for P3D was Dubai reloaded from FT. It was great, Big City, less impact on Frames.
