How do I get rid of this mesh wall?

Because i seems it´s a typical elevation issue of the Airport u are using, i suggest to look at the developer forum for this specific add-on first if there is known issue or if they may have a solution.

you can use https://www.scruffyducksoftware.com/airport-design-editor

you will need to open the airport's scenery BGL and adjust the elevation to match the mesh surroundings.

To add to this, the ability to change the airport elevation in ADE is an advanced feature that requires the ADE ProKey (supporting development of this invaluable tool is well worth the $10).

The mesh and layout of many default airports in P3Dv5 were revised/updated, and as a result the field elevation of some airports in V5 is slightly different from the elevation in FSX/P3D1-4.  When you use a scenery designed for an earlier version of P3D on an airfield that has a revised field elevation in V5, you'll need to use the ADE tool to change the field elevation in the airport file (aka ADE, AFCAD, AFX) to make it match...and if there are flattens or ground polys, they may need changing too.

Also, ADE puts the altitude stub file in its former default location in scenery/world/scenery, which no longer has any effect in P3Dv5.  It's unclear to me whether the ALT file is needed at all now...but just in case, I move the ALT file from s/w/s to the same scenery folder as the ADE bgl file.

It looks to be very skilfully made, with no mesh walls anywhere. Perhaps there is some added mesh with which it is not compatible. It does not need to be "fixed" with ADE.
