January 7, 20215 yr A lot! FSX Aircraft: PMDG 772/773 P3D4 aircraft QW787, MJC Q400 and Aerosoft A318-A321 for P3D4. FSX+P3D4 aircraft: TFDi 717, Blackbox A330/A340 All but the 787 and A330/A340 were purchased with discounts. And that does not include the SKBG scenery for both FSX and P3D4, or P3D4 and XP11 by themselves... I'm not yet sure of purchasing again some of the aircraft I already have ($165 for PMDG 777 and $70 for iFly 737+747) just so that I can have them in P3D4, but I can´t see any other airliner that interests me. January 7, 20215 yr Moderator @Simicro, I buy very few aircraft simply because I'd rather be a master of a few than be incompetent with many. 😁 My most recent purchase was the Vertx Diamond DA-62 which is a really nice aircraft. The G1000 display was the selling point for me and the attention to detail in the whole design is first class. I've never seen a P3D virtual cockpit that looks just like the real thing. https://vertxsim.com/ I also have the Xtreme Prototypes Lear 25 which is a very powerful jet that will get you up to FL410 in around 15-20 mins. Cruises at Mach 0.82. It's quite a challenge to handle but I like that. https://www.xtremeprototypes.com/ I have the PMDG737NGx and that is a great addition to my P3Dv4 fleet. But my favourite is the FS Labs Concorde-X. Currently only available in 32-bit and you can't buy it but a 64-bit version will be available later this year for P3D v4 and v5. Cruises at Mach 2 11 miles up and is a strikingly beautiful aircraft. The FS Labs version is the closest you'll get to the real thing. Ray (Cheshire, England). January 8, 20215 yr Author Thank you all for participating to this thread. @Ray & @vadriver : sure, me too I think it is best to have a limited number of A/C but of quality and that you 'master'. Less is more... FS2024

I have finally bought into this concept as well (the concept of fewer aircraft but mastering them). The problem I have, is finding an aircraft that I really enjoy flying, far more than others. In order to see if I like the aircraft, I almost have to buy it. Heh. It's a Catch-22. Rhett 7800X3D ♣ 96 GB G.Skill Flare ♣ Gigabyte 4090 ♣ Crucial P5 Plus 2TB

I go off member recommendations. I never would have bought the Vertx DA62 but for favourable comments here. Same with the Lear25. Best ever landing today at KSFO emerging from low cloud over the bay at 500ft and a landing rate of 88fpm. Very pleasing. 😁 Ray (Cheshire, England).
