Delete livery

If I add a new livery in the community folder and decide I dont like it, do I get rid of it by just deleting the livery folder?  Or does it add any entries to MSFS or windows that could result in issues when the folder is deleted?

Remove the livery from the Community. It's gone until you put it back.
