LNM has waypoints MSFS2020 doesn't...

I've been encountering situations where waypoints I can see on LNM seem to be missing from the G1000 in MSFS.  This doesn't surprise me given all the limitations currently in the sim.  I've done a scenery library refresh in LNM but the problem persists.  My question is, since MSFS2020 is the only sim I am using at the moment, is there a way to somehow filter out the waypoints in LNM that are not present in MSFS?

What scenery mode do you use in LNM? I'm talking about this here: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.6/en/MENUS.html#navigraph

If you select "Do not use Navigraph Database" you should see exactly the same waypoints. Otherwise you look at Navigraph navdata which is different. This is explained here: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.6/en/NAVDATA.html

Also, do not forget to reload the LNM scenery library after updating MSFS.

You have examples? I can still happen that LNM has issues reading MSFS scenery library.
