FlightCrewSim OPT

Hello guys.

I've just come across this tool - https://www.flightcrewsim.com/opt-boeing-737-800ng-fcs-en/

I've been using TOPCAT since the beginning, but I hate that it is dead. How accurate is FCS's tool ? It gives me very different calculations when comparing to topcat, for instance:

 

737-800w taking off from KMIA 09, winds calm, 15C, 29.92, TOW 65.000 kgs, flap/thrust optimum, AIr Con ON, Anti-ice OFF:

TOPCAT - FLAPS 1, TO2, assumed temperature 40C, N1 87.9%, 146,147,151

FCS - FLAPS 1, TO2 assumed temperature, assumed temperature 55C, N1 91.1, 141,143,154
