Navigraph online has no charts at the moment (Solved)

Featured Replies

I am Using navigraph online charts. At the moment, 13:17UTC, I can´t load any charts. Navigraph Map is working, but searching and viewing charts does not show any charts.

Anyone else having the same issues?

Working for me.

ASUS TUF Gaming Z690-Plus ▪︎ Intel i9-12900K ▪︎ NVIDIA RTX 4090 ▪︎ 64GB Corsair Vengeance LPX ▪︎ Windows 11 Home ▪︎ 3x Western Digital Black SN850 2TB NVME SSD ▪︎  ▪︎ Seagate 4TB SATA HDD ▪︎ Corsair HX1000 Platinum PSU ▪︎ Fractal Design Meshify 2 ATX Case

[Edit for better readability.]

I can't see any charts listed either. Haven't tried the Navigraph Charts app as it's on a computer that isn't booted right now, but since it uses the same underlying Web service, I suspect the service is down / failing.

Fingers crossed it'll be back soon.

Strange, I just tried KBOS, KATL and EGLL.  No problems at all for me.

It may depend on which server you're accessing, which could be geographical. Both OP and I am in Europe.

OK. So not a problem on my end (I don´t like these problems on my end...... ;.)

Thanks for responding so quickly!

Note: Within the QW787 I have Navigraph charts! But not via the online app on my PC.

Have some nice flights for you all!

Marcus

I just opened up an old flight plan in the web chart viewer. If I click on an airport, a SID, a STAR, or an approach, the little icon to click to bring up the PDF chart is missing,

i9-10850K, ASUS TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS (WI-FI), 32GB G.SKILL DDR4-3603 / PC4-28800, GIGABYTE RTX5080 16GB WF OC 3 FAN running 3440x1440

I have charts, no problems. (South Africa).

Intel i7 6700K @4.3. 32gb Gskill 3200 RAM. Z170x Gigabyte m/b. 28" LG HD monitor. Win 10 Home. 500g Samsung 960 as Windows home. 1 Gb Mushkin SSD for P3D. GTX 1080 8gb.

web access not working, no charts, no simlink connection (USA). Per Navigraph forum they are aware and looking into the issue.

App's working, Charts Cloud isn't for me.

They continue to work on it. Android/iPad app not affected.

I wrote the last update 23 minutes ago. We’re here. The issue is trickier to resolve than anticipated but we have a fix in testing now. The iPad/Android apps should not be affected however.

Should be working again.

Hi all. It should now be working again. Sorry for the long wait, we’ll investigate further what happened to avoid it happening again. Thank you for your patience!

Stephen
