Addon/mod that you can set pause on TOD or x nm miles @dest?

Would be nice if FBW could include it in the aircraft settings like PMDG, QW, and I'm assuming others do on other sims.

It would have been even better if it was included in the sim, but I guess you need to know when ToD is before you can pause at ToD.

I had a flight plan loaded in the CDU in the a320, but it didnt pick it up in the timemachine (it said it had no flight plan loaded) @Lorby_SI

Then this action is obviously not triggering the associated SimConnect event that a flight plan has been loaded into the sim. Do you have ATC support when you load a flight plan that way?

I think that you have to load the flight plan on the world map, with the LOAD/SAVE button. Doesn't seem to be an option when the simulation is already running.

That was not the motivation to make this app, and it isn't pausing at ToD either, just at a certain distance from the airport.

The issue that the TimeMachine is working around is that the autopilot of most planes gets out of whack in accelerated sim time. So the app slows the sim rate down at every waypoint, lets the AP make the turn, and then accelerates again. It will also watch out for the cross track deviation. It happened frequently that wind did blow the AP off tracks too in accelerated time.

I see. Well, I dont use time accelleration, and I dont load a flight plan in the world menu. I program the CDU in the virtual cockpit. I do have airhauler 2 that has the same function (pause X nm from specified waypoint/airport), and it seems to work fine, but I dont always fly with AH2.

Sure. I was addressing the original question in the topic.
