Maybe he had permission from Asobo?

I'm not saying he has, just that it might be possible.

In case you missed it, the following was posted a while back up the thread:

FWIW, I just got a mail back from the developer.  It says:

Hello Sir, Yes we are Microsoft partner and there are no problem to use default files, also because the aircraft will be' soon integrate in the pfficial market place,  the same was for eurofighter tha use many integrated games file and it is approved and on sell in the official market. We are a small development team and we know that the product is not perfect bu we wish your community can like this product and why not improve the functionality.

Obviously I missed that post, which proves that people who are claiming that the dev has stolen things from Asobo are out of order, also in some threads/forums some posters are claiming it's a scam, it's certainly not a scam, a fairly basic aircraft but a flyable one at that, for £20 it will do for now until better arrives.

This plane is actually pretty nice on the outside, and the inside could use a bit of help here and there, but over all it flies pretty good.  Like the HUD, just wish it was brighter.

I found myself flying it more and more yesterday, I like the 787 IN VR, and the 737 is pretty good in VR no frame rate issues.

It might not be some perfect example with exact systems and functions,  but I am not spending 130 US dollars on some version of the 737 that some switch I never use works now.  Most casual simmers will never go that deep and just enjoy the plane flying.

You could complain about all the planes that come with MSFS, most don’t perform all the functions, the king air has tons of dead items, but it is a blast to fly!

It’s a sad day in the flight simming world when an add-on with freeware graphics, gets a 4/5 score simply for being able to fly an approach.

That is a snide comment - what's wrong with you?

If you read his post, he never gave it 4/5 for just that reason did he?

Ever thought he maybe gave it 4/5 overall for how it made him feel for what he paid for it?

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

I wouldn’t say it’s snide. Rather the dismal offerings and work that needs to be done in MSFS to bring it up to a FAR higher standard then what is available is evident in reviews of add-ons that in every other sim platform, would be considered very sub-standard. Even for that price.

I’m going to say it, gamers and discord have ruined the simulator hobby.

and how do I communicate this back to the developer?

You'll find the developer's email on the Simmarket product page of this aircraft.  I emailed him and he got back to me.  He's monitoring this thread.  Hopefully he's taking notes for future updates.

Screens pop out like default but there is no complete FMC popup, just like default. The ATL click deal.

Welcome to the world of a brand new sim with totally new underlying code.  This is what's been asked for for years now it's hear and everyone wants their favorite aircraft 'now'.  Those quick and smart enough to capitalize on this are going to make allot of money.  I'm not understanding why developers like Blueprint, FlyTampa, and Flight Beam don't get this.  Slow walking their sceneries (KMSP, KTPA, KPHX, and TNCM to name a few) is going to mean less sales down the road if someone else picks these up with a good rendition.  All our legacy developers need to take note.  Flight1 just refuses to do anything until the SDK is finished.  For the record in the history of all versions of FS we have never had a totally finished SDK.

Some of you guys are so toxic. 28 pages for a 20$ plane, people saying the dev stole assets, a scam or it trash. Some of you guys need to relax 🤦🏿‍♂️

You have to use the  AltGR button right side of the keyboard and hover with the mouse over the MFD ( for example ) than it pops up in an own window and you can position it where you want.

cheers 😉
