I have the MS Store version and have never had an issue with the updates. It always updates in the MS store first and then in the game. I just hit Get Updates in the MS store before launching the game on update day,

Ok, what is going on?! I was notified of the update. Downloaded the 1gb update via the store. Then loaded into the game and did the 24gb update and now it shows the new screens and options on the menu. However, when I fly around there are literally no differences!

For example, flying over Buckingham Palace looks like the following:

I did have the Orb X London addon but have disabled it as I didn't want any conflicts. I also tried Cambridge which looks terrible with office buildings filling in for universities. Considering both of these were supposed to be photogrammetry cities, I must definitely be doing something wrong. I had a look in content manage and can't see anything wrong. Everything is up-to-date and activated.

Is anyone else having this issue? Firstly, yes I definitely have the update. Any other suggestions would be welcome!

The UK tinsel is a separate download from the marketplace. 4.93gb.

The same that is going on with each world update. They all have to be downloaded seperately in the marketplace as well.

Once you have completed the main sim update, you have to go to the Marketplace (not content manager) to get the UK enhanced scenery. You will have to click on “buy” to get it, but there is no actual purchase involved. It is about 4 GB additional data.

WBA probably intentional.   Wait a few months and they won't have to worry about it any more.   😄

Clear your caches? Both rolling & manual? Updates specifically mentions recreating manual cache.

oops...good point. I was cruising around London and admiring and drooling over the scenery, and hadn't even installed the updated enhanced scenery pack. lol 🙄
