Recommended Posts

I was really looking forward to the new update because the Devs said in an interview that the 10 degree bug was definitely fixed and they were so happy to get it out of the way.

Wellllllll...

I just downloaded the update, went to my trusty CJ4 and...

THE 10 DEGREE BUG IS STILL THERE!!!

WTH???

Yup. This coming update. 1st week of March I believe.

I am hoping the fix addresses all the switch issues and not just the 10 degree issue but I too am looking forward to it

I recently bought the Honeycomb bravo throttle, and I didnt have this issue until now. All of a sudden I can only change 10 degrees, or 10 IAS, at the time, not 1 as you should.

Are there any settings to change in order to revert back to increment change of 1 instead of 10??

I also got the bug when I added the yoke. I think that I had to re assign or delete the buttons.

Re-assign everything? If I return to the default profile, the bug is still there. So I dont think that will help..?

Do a search on AVSIM. I know that there's a fix for that bug somewhere.

I did, I can only find topics addressing the issue, not posting any fix. It was supposed to be fixed with the latest MSFS2020 patch...

There was a fix for the yoke. It looks like this is a bug that affects throttle users. I don't have the throttle. That's why I don't see the issue.

Go to Windows “Devices” (in CP) and find whichever button is illuminated. In my case it was Gear. UNASSIGN THAT BUTTON in MSFS.

Use A&O, FSUIPC, JoytoKey or die other way to re-assign that command.

No more 10 degree command sent.

Unbind all the toggle switches (on all devices) and the gear lever. If you have the Alpha yoke, make sure you also unbind all the magneto switch positions. See below for the explanation.

I removed the mapping for the two other axis I wasnt using, and now heading is moving in 5 degrees at the time instead of 10. But speed bug is still 10.

It I remove gear, nothing changes. I have that assigned already...

If you go into devices and check what button that is illuminating, you will find that the left knob is always on, depending if your on ALT, VS, HDG etc
