Prepar3D v5 und 6 Bildschirme

Recommended Posts

I think your graphics card will only support 4 monitors. It may have 5 or 6 output options but most cards can only use 4 of them.

You will need to fit a second graphics card for the extra monitors. Be aware that your processor may struggle with performance running 6 monitors.

Hallo Claus,

Hello Claus,

I am currently flying with P3Dv5.1HF1 with a total of 7 monitors (2xGPU).

For me it is the case that GPU 1 shows the outside view with Nvidia Surround on 3x27 inch monitors, GPU 2 shows instruments on 4 monitors.

Basically it should also work for you (analogous to FSX).

You could give the external view or the VC exclusively to one GPU, attach the rest to the other graphics card (helped me, I often had problems with flickering images).

Greets

Entschuldigung.

Apologies. I had misread your system details.

How many monitors are connected to the first graphics card?  It may be a problem with overloading on one card. Are you using 4k monitors?

Check the second graphics card is working correctly.  Connect one monitor to each card, check, then add further monitors, and keep checking.

It is possible that the graphics cards do not like certain combinations of video outputs. You could experiment with different cables.

P3D5  works well with multiple monitors, so it is probably just a case of trying different possibilities.

Hope this helps.
