My F1 email account no longer in the system

Featured Replies

Hello. I am trying to reinstall RealityXP on a different PC. My account is no longer active in the system. I still have all the transaction receipt in my email account. I can't open a ticket as it required a register account to open a ticket. This is very frustrating. Purchase was made in July 2020.

Have you tried just emailing them?  Their support has always been very good, in my experience.

There is no email on their website to email too.

Maybe try creating a new account, and submit a ticket in the new account to ask for help with the old one?  Frustrating, I'm sure, when you seem to go round and round with these things, and I can't see a simple "support@" email for them, as you say.

Are you certain you are attempting to use the same email account there?  I had that issue in the past.  Once I determined the email I had originally used and logged in that way I had no other difficulty.   That was in 2012.  I have had significant periods since then with no new activity on their site and my account has never become no longer active.

Yes. I confirmed with the receipt. Emails are matching.
